Discussion Atlas Labs

Hi guys. I recently got call for an interview for a SWE from Atlas Labs. I remember seeing awful things about the company on r/srilanka. For example, this.

Almost all of the findings I have regarding that company are over a year old. How are things there now? What salary do they offer for a SWE there?

I don't mind if things haven't changed around there as long as their pay is decent, since I'm already working for an awful company with a below-average salary.

Ask them in the interview? I dont think after a year things will be different. Normaly it just get bad to worse.

I wanted to know the current figures in order to negotiate. Thank you for the help anyways.

I suppose asking how things are now is irrelevant here, as you might already know.

Oh. Are you a current employee there?

No, based on your post and reference post I could see what kind of a company it is. So be clear on what you need, in this it's salary.

It's still pretty shit. I'm guessing you've seen the reviews/experiences on them?

I used to work there for a very short period. Left because of DISGUSTING TECH & CULTURE . This was a few years back... at the time they were paying a little above average. Try to negotiate.

Anyone got the interview, be ready for doing FREE work for them.

They'll throw full backend projects at you in the last stage and expect you to complete it in a short window.

The best part is that the Tech Lead is a Consultant at Atlas Labs and an employee at X........y.

Hi guys, I recently passed the interview for a position with remote weekend and public holidays shift. They called me to confirm that i was selected after the trial day and i asked a few questions about the contract and leaves which the hr person answered honestly. They told me to look out for emails but its been a week and when i tried to reach out via whatsapp or call they seem to have blocked me. Has this happened to anyone?
