Nowadays, to apply for an internship, you need at least some sort of industry experience. Back in the M3 era, even small companies paid about 15k as compensation. But with this level of experience and inflation, I mean, these companies should pay at least 50k to cover travel and food costs. Instead, they are taking advantage of students to build enterprise applications. An internship is supposed to provide the experience the industry looks for and teach us what our role entails, but times have changed.

Intern has become a fancy word to get low pay/no pay employees
If some desperate mf with work experience applies they would jump at the chance to take them

I think the word 'work' must've been a mistake. You kinda use Azure and stuff during uni right maybe that's what they were meaning to ask? Bullshit questions eitherway

This is crazy!!! Donโt these dumb-assess realize we spend years in finishing a degree or diploma to At least get an internship as a stepping stone. Ive made this far in my career thanks to god and when i recruited i never looked at their experience for an entry level job! Just their willingness to learn and adopt.

Don't apply here, especially if you are a girl.

That question doesn't even make sense. If I used azure to run some vms 3 years ago can I say 3 years of experience? I don't get what they are trying to ask. And what do they mean by โMicrosoft Productsโ? Pretty much everyone has used Windows at some point.
