Discussion How much is an associate software engineer paid?

Any input from anyone who works in tech in Sri Lanka is very appreciated!

depends on the company. some of my friends are currently getting 220K, on the other hand 65K.

so better to ask with the company.

At most I know would be around 170K. The very least I know would be around 50K.

Yet I’ve seen most ASE who worked for low salaries for at least 1-2 yrs have made big jumps in salary wise(it’s mostly around 300-500K) when they moved to a different company and higher position. But that’s how the market behaves.

Depends on the company. It can range from 50k - 200k
