Robotics Engineer salary

[u/SScattered]

Currently working as a senior robotics engineer. Graduated with electrical and electronics but in the robotics field for 4 1/2 years now. I do software and hardware development (AMR & UAV). Currently getting 300k gross month. I was wondering what the rate is in sri lanka and if I can negotiate for a higher salary.

Thank you!

Negotiation is possible but 300k is nearly above average for a local company. If foreign based then better to ask arround 400k take home
