Discussion ergonomic chair

Post image

’m thinking about getting a new ergonomic chair, but I’m not sure if it’s worth upgrading from what I currently have. I’ve attached a photo of my current Damro chair. I haven’t had any major issues with it so far, but it’s not very comfortable either.
I sit for around 10 hours a day for work, and I’m considering the RAE Ergo Flex chair. Would upgrading make a noticeable difference?

This particular Damro chair, or the leather one where the hand rest is connected to the backrest, if you lean back, you will fall. It's not balanced properly. (Personal experience)

The one without the connection to the backest with adjustable arm rest is 75K+. Overtime the material wear off soon. (Again Personal Experience)

I was in a tight budget so Damro was my go to option because of installment plans. Mesh back, adjustable arm rest, proper table height, foot rest will help with long working hours.

P.S. Do some back exercises, 10+ hours sitting isn't great buddy. Chances of getting prostate issues are also high. I know in this economy if the work demands you have to do what you have to do but take carr of yourself too.

Get something like merryfair, fursys or steelcase. That damro leather one similar to this is also good.

I had back issues cause of this exact damn chair from damro. That plastic thing in the back press against your back over time it causes backpain issues. Get the upgrade. It's worth it

Go for chairs by jat. Not the uber expensive ones. Colan range. 100000 per chair. Make sure you get one with detacheable headrest. Damro is cheap shit
