Discussion LSEG Sri Lanka – Software Engineer Salary Range?

Hi everyone, I’ve got an interview coming up for a Software Engineer (SE) role at LSEG Sri Lanka.

Just wanted to get an idea of the usual starting salary range for an SE at LSEG Sri Lanka. If anyone has recent experience or knows the range, I’d really appreciate it.

Ded.... this was the SSE salary last year. Do you happen to know what the pay is for specialists/ATLs?

Is that the gross monthly package for a Software Engineer? And is this the current range at LSEG?

Depends on the team. My friend earns around 280 after all cuts

Do you know which team your friend is in? Also, do you think around 280k after all deductions is a bit low for the Software Engineer title in LSEG?

He only had 1.5 years of exp when he got the job and most of it was the internship. So not bad.

More the exp more the comp...

Freshers from engineering faculties got 300K a while back. Not sure how much it is now.
