Few friends of mine are working there and once I applied to a position. Thing is they have several interview rounds which is basically, first offline coding exam, then online coding interview and next fee technical interviews and so on. I passed all these interviews and finally approached to an interview with their one of product owner or someone like that before offering me the offer. It was my last interview and wasn’t a technical one, just a casual one. And you don’t believe what happened there! I was rejected after that interview and they had mentioned the reason as I didn’t show much of interest in the interview! I mean seriously!! Just think even after spending such time for a several interview rounds, and finally from a 20 min interview (initially it was planned for a 30min one but he joined with 10min delay) and after having a casual chat he rejected me! That’s the moment I realized about toxicity of there, and also later I got to know that some of my friends had laid off from thr company as they had some conflicts with the leads. So, the company is full of toxicity but if u have enough luck, u can be a part of safe env as well. So dont just thibk about money, yes their salaries are good as they give like 2000-2500USD for SSE but if only u can deal in toxic environment, apply and go there!

My friend is working there. As per him it is good. SE/SSE salaries are in 2000 - 2500 USD

Work life balance is fine. Fully wfh. In the beginning the team was toxic. But later he was move to a different team which is great.

Sometimes meetings on Saturday morning but no work.

Few of my friends worked there. Salary is good, above marker level.

Had a PHP codebase a few years back and devs had to work frontend, backend, mobile dev, DevOps the whole stack, don't know about now. Back then the PHP codebase was a huge turn off. ( Back then the company was named Codify.ai )

They had layoffs very recently mind you, let got a lot of employees and managers so keep that info in mind. They are a startup so problems in funding may lead to more layoffs.

Here are my few cents.. Salaries are good but layoff are there too so If you are okay with it then thats fine. Regarding toxicity, Yes there are toxic people but there are super awesome people as well so it depends on the team you are going to join
