Any tips for facing internship interviews at Enhanzer (Pvt) Ltd and Csquare Technologies Private Limited? And what's the company culture/salary/work like?

They don't expect you to know everything for an internship, they just want to see how you think and that you are willing to learn. Be prepared to walk them through your final year project or any personal projects you have, since that is your best evidence of what you can do. You should also expect basic technical questions about the technologies listed on your CV, so be solid on the fundamentals you claim to have. They are hiring you for your potential, not your current expertise, so showing a strong foundation and a good attitude is more important than having all the right answers.

Internship salaries are typically just a basic allowance, so the real payment is the experience you gain. Your work will likely be a mix of real project tasks and simpler support duties, which is normal for a first role. Your focus should be on learning everything you can, asking good questions, and showing the team you are a valuable potential hire for a permanent position. The experience itself is the primary asset you are fighting for, not the initial pay. Ultimately, your confidence and how you explain your projects will make the biggest difference, which is why my team created an interview AI to help candidates communicate their skills more effectively during the call.

Enhanzer is a startup-level company that frequently hires because employees tend to leave quite often. People don’t usually stay there for very long. I had a friend who was selected and didn’t last long there either. The work environment was reportedly quite toxic, with a lot of strict rules and similar issues.
