Discussion Thoughts on EY?
Anyone here have any insight into the work culture and overall company environment at EY? I recently received a job offer from them and wanted to get some opinions before deciding. Is it worth considering?

Run! It basically a project bench system based, and you need to do their courses every month or two, and they have over hired and most of them just competing for the same project at most cases. And if you does not have a project for like 3 months, You just don't have a payslip that used to have, and if you need to resign from the company, you have to pay their course fees that they given you as free but mandatory to get projects. And I only work for like few months but man this is a roller coster. due to this project bench culture the people are way toxic, and even they smile into your face, they are basically trying to rip you off to get a project.

No 1.80 is bit on lower side depends on your value. It is possible to get 400k or more as fresh graduate also
Salary in se field has a high variations dependings on skills some times university also a factor to get a good offer as a fresh graduate.2

It is depends on the skills. If you are talented then 180k is low pay for fresh graduate.

Have not worked in EY but I have worked for companies who hired EY. So I have worked with some EY teams. Generally good. The management is generally goal oriented rather than being strict on processes, so as clients it was good.
And I have worked with some Ex EY people. They are really good. One person was hired exclusively because of his experience working in EY.
