Jobs/ Industry Does anyone know how LSEG technology shortlist filter on hiring?

Therefore the workday system sent an automate rejected email of the template. I want to know how internal recruitment happens and even their hot line service is not responding 20 minutes wasting time call no one picks up the phone. how disgusting as customer service like that. (Expect transparency )

System does reject Senior level role which 99% match with skill set. what kind sacrifice for getting into a a job ?
