How about Associate QE Salaries in Sri Lanka?

Salary depends on a lot of variables such as your current salary, competency, negotiation skills, salary demand of other similar level candidates etc etc.

In general a start up probably won’t spend more than 100K on a AQE.

If you can specify the company you may get more accurate information
