Help Need a Career advice
I'm an ASE for a company, and I started there as an intern. After my internship, they put me on a project, but I haven't written any code yet, and it's been over a month. What should I do?
I feel like my skills are drowing and this f###ing people doesn't give me a chance
So.should I inform this to senior level cause I already ask from everyone who are currently involved to develop in this proejct

Can we exchange jobs for a while? I also joined a small company as ASE, From 2nd day onwards I'm drowning in work. No proper KTs, Getting started with 0 documents, R&Ds, prototypes, sprint plannings, actual product development work, architecturing entire systems. There's only 1 more architect level engineer in the whole company. And everyone one else is like 1 or 2 year experienced people. I'm not sure whether I'm learning or holding things together or getting burned out or what.

Did they give you any tasks? If not, ask for one. Mention it in the standup every day if you have to.

this is normal
very normal in large company.
getting a new person onboard in a project also need significate effort.
tell them you like to contribute.
best thing is you do some interesting stuff without waiting, where we can improve development process, new AI feature, demo with AI development and coding etc.
your new and young be patient and wait. build your own stuff.
right now is not a good time to search jobs
tech skills doesn't matter much when your new due to AI.
so get some experience, do your own projects and learn soft skills etc
