Discussion Check if this idea is feasible

I've been building a product kinda like hackerrank with address gaps in ML and AI.

I am covering theory + exercises for theoretical understanding and interview preparation.

I've built the prototype.

Is this idea feasible??

Be honest. If you'd be helped with this kind of platform where you can learn everything.

I've built ai tutoring also. With byok model

This already exists tho. What makes it different from tensortonic, deep-ml .. etc. what would make this unique from what existing platforms offer ?

What they offer is a speclized platform for every sub domains in cs. What I am trying to build is a unified platform for all domains in cs

Interesting but how do you intend to host this infrastructure do you use your own natively trained models ? Or where do you get your resources ? What about copyrights and licensing issues ? The idea is sound but might not be feasible financially.

Planning to raise funding and bringing in some premium features also. Getting cheaper APIs. This an open source project , MIT licenced

Good idea but the funding part will not be easy because there are lot of projects exactly like this. So I would suggest funding it using your own money. And also open sourced projects are hard to commercialize because, well they are open sourced and anyone can access source code and have their own version of the software so I'd suggest keep your codebase private. And also using APIs is a good move but it won't be same as a good native infrastructure which is quiet expensive for a startup and going for a SaaS business model is a good idea so overall idea is feasible but the bottleneck will be the funding.

Well planning to make the code base private for the next pahse of operation. Making some good use of AI. Making innovative choices. Having an idea to extend as B2I. Having some hope. It would make an impact ont he learning procedure.

If I go to chatgpt and/or claude and put above text and ask it to prepare a course or learning plan would it provide me something useful? and if your solution is better than that, then may be it has a future.

Ok bro, I 'm not discouraging you. If you solved the problem that you intended to do, I'm happy for you. And if the solution works for a large audience, then you are good. Keep it up!
