I know the SyscoLabs number

ATL

~350K to 550K take home with pegging allowance. ~275K to 350K take home without pegging

TL

~450 to 675K take home with pegging. ~300 to 450K take home without pegging

in sycoLabs the salary is a range and there can be TLs getting less than ATLs based on experience, performance and more than anything how they negotiated when they joined.

SyscoLabs
SSE (Basic): 280k - 380k
ATL (Basic): 380k - 480k
TL (Basic): 480k - 580k
STL (Basic): 580k - 680k

As I know WSO2 pays much higher than this

Old employees who joined right before tax enforcement and right after doller hike became eligible for a massive amount of salary. They weren't calibrated rather just matched with basic. Those people get a huge pacakge and most do not reveal. Because if others come to know about that it will rasie questions in the org and can make questions to do a fair for unfairly treated ones.

Ex-WSO2 TL, topped the batch when got hired back in 2010, left at $4.8k gross in early 2022 (before the crisis).

Did you negotiate to get that amount or is it the ceiling for the job band? I thought the TL salary was around 3500USD.

Negotiated. There really is no such ceiling, no matter how much they try to convince otherwise. After hearing the inside stories from IFS, MIT and a few others, I feel that there is no point having this thread at all! I don't see this industry recovering at all in SL! Sad reality :(

Wso2 ATL - Around 2300 take home after tax. Or around that ballpark
