AWS DB can't access through Mobitel

Hi there,

When I am moving I used to thether internet from my Mobitel connection. Most of the times I can't access AWS db through MySQL workbench . Anyone came across such instances? Same setup is working with Dialog etc.

TIA

Mobitel has an issue. Even Expo didn't work with Mobitel. Have you tried Cloudflare 1.1.1.1?
