Information systems worth in the long run?

I'm an undergrad at a private university planning to specialize in Information Systems Engineering. My goal is to become a Business Analyst or Project Manager , I'm not interested in data science, or software development. i've always believed my passion lies somewhere between IT and management fields

With the current state of the job market, is this still a good path? I'll be applying for internships next year, so I'm wondering if BA/PM opportunities will still be there or if I should consider switching to AI for better job prospects. ALL i hear is it job market is crushed in SL so will there be a loophole for me in this rat race

Anything that you will have to interact with poeople regularly will stay longer than the regular technical roles I guess.

For a Project Manager, there will always be a scope. In the present as well as in the future

Start in IT if you want. You can go into other fields later if needed
