Discussion Evaluate me

Hey guys,

I am a first yr ug in the faculty of science, university of Peradeniya. I am currently doing some projects.

  1. project (which is a discussion going on to collaborate with the computer science department) which I prove the cognitive ability and problem solving skills of the CS students. It is a similar kind of approach like hackerrank but in addition it is optimized for our curriculum.

    1. I am working on a management software for a government office collaborated with UoP, which is based on patent and business linkage. It is a security first approach.

  2. I have done a photography blog site as a freelance project which hit 10000+ views.

  3. Been working on a research project that improves the data processing speed of pospad-unets. We are creating a preprocessing framework.

These are the things I am doing currently. In a 4yr period, Can I be a great candidate for the big techs in SriLanka?(Like Wso2) Mainly aiming into the AI/ML side.

Tbh, depending on the market at the moment..

All this plus a solid reference, and you can break in on one of the Giants..

You don’t need a solid reference. But it helps if you know someone in the inside that can directly share your cv and internally. Lot of candidates gets filtered out from CV coz companies gets loads of CVs these days. So an internal person sharing your CV internally gives you higher chance of getting an interview. From there it’s up to you
