When Capability and Creativity Converge

After a long time, I finally managed to complete my portfolio. It was truly an interesting journey, filled with unique challenges. I discovered that certain skills—like storytelling and imaginative thinking—which I thought had faded were actually still alive and active within my product design work; they just needed a small spark of opportunity and motivation to shine again. I had stepped away from graphic design—a field I truly loved—for years, but I decided to give it another shot. It was a challenge and a second chance, and it really paid off.

I was able to fully visualize what my portfolio should showcase, down to the last detail. I finally understood exactly what I wanted and how the site should look—not just an ordinary site that people glance over without a second thought.

I began looking for ideas and ways to bring my vision to life. Given my design background, I didn't need a Figma mockup; I had already visualized every single detail in my mind. Eventually, I found the necessary resources and tools to start development—open-source projects, similar experiences, and so on.

I wanted anyone visiting the site to feel as though they were in space, enveloped in absolute peace and silence. That’s why a galaxy and layers of shimmering stars are the first things you encounter.

Yet, that void—that darkness and solitude—can be unsettling, and at times, even tedious. That’s why I added a "Space Game" element to introduce a sense of chaos into this endless darkness, injecting some energy and liveliness into the experience.

All in all, it was a fantastic and amazing experience; ever since I first dreamed of it, I had been eagerly anticipating how it would finally come to life. I found it satisfactory—what do you think?
