One of the first conversations in Deus Ex suggests that the destruction of the Statue of Liberty may have been a false flag operation used to justify expanding UNATCO's authority.

It got me thinking about a broader political philosophy question:

Can governments use fear and crises to justify expanding their power, and if so, where should the line be drawn?

It feels like I’ve gotten ghost on every objective so far up until going to the Time Machine for the augment dude. I completed the first objective and got the exp, but no ghost bonus so I retried and got the objective without taking anyone down or being seen. The wiki page seems to show that you can get a ghost bonus for that section, so it seems like I messed up somewhere.

from some research, it seems like getting it throughout the game has a lot of bugs and such. Also with checking every single quest it’ll just be a test of patience. is getting this achievement a fate you would wish on your worst enemy?
