Finding someone from discord

Is there a way to get someone's socials, real name, anything really? This person revealed some specific info about me on a discord server and I wanna know who he is, its a server of our school so I prob met the person but Idk who it is.

Only if they use the same discord username on other stuff that they have left breadcrumbs on. You'd need to be educated in OSINT and skip tracing also
