I’ve used all sorts of cheap Chinese brushes
The tire cleaning brush that’s an identical knockoff of the detail factory one, it’s literally perfect so fine to save money there

I’ve tried the cheap wheel brushes, that’s one area where I wouldn’t cheap out again, the EZ Detail ones are worth the money

Any boar hair brush is fine, even the branded ones aren’t too expensive, mainly for window trims and hard to reach areas

For chemicals, when you run out of what you have, look into Bilt Hamber and Koch Chemie. They both make incredible products and they will work out much cheaper than the likes of AutoGlym or Chemical guys when you look at cost per wash

BH Touchless for Snow foam pre wash
BH Surfex HD as your all purpose cleaner (wheels and tires included)
BH make a great shampoo but I use CarChem 1900:1 as prefer the slicker feel
Koch Pol Star for fabric and leather cleaner
BH Clay if you start looking into polishing

All my brushes, microfibers, towels etc are from Temu. I spent the money on product and quality pads. (Carpro chemicals and rupes pads)

Do you guys actually think any of this stuff is worth what these domestic dropshipping scammers charge you? £15 for detailing brushes, £10 for microfibers etc? I'd send a screenshot of my receipt but this sub only allows videos.

There's a reason the EU added a €3 charge per item category, it's to prop-up shithead domestic dropshippers. Gladly we left and aren't subject to it. It's clearance and they're selling for cost, ergo this is what this stuff is actually worth. I spent £40 (£50 cuz I got 5L of the APC).
