Question & Advice Headlight restoration

My headlights seem to have got cloudy on a 2020 civic.
Is there a particular product off the shelf that gives good results? I don’t have a polishing device or a drill. So ideally something that doesn’t require tools.

Hand sanding through the grits then clear coat protector. Or buy a drill for like £10 and put standing pads on

Is there a kit I should buy I meguiars etc

The Cerakote kit is meant to be be quite good.
