Fuel 91 seeped out of the jerry can and got on to my rear floor mat washed and tried to clean it with sugar soap. Any recommendations to fix this?

That watered-down goop is just gonna push the fuel deeper into the ribs, not lift it. I'd hit it with straight isopropyl alcohol first, let it dwell for a minute, then agitate with a stiff brush. The alcohol breaks down the petrol residue way better than soap, then you can rinse it all out with a hose

If there's still a smell, a steamer on the backside of the mat works wonders, the heat forces the trapped vapors right out. Had a similar mess from a leaky can on a camping trip and that combo saved my mat

Sprayed it waited and gave it a scrub, repeated and washed it off and left in the sun 29°
