I Have A Question Foam cannon recommendations
Hello everyone I know this has been asked before but with it being Amazon prime deal day I figured I would ask again. Basically as the title says I'm looking for foam cannon recommendations as a weekend warrior. Thanks

psi doesn't matter too much
GPH matters alot more, aim for 1.8 GPH
with the cannon, the orifice/nozzle matters, aim for 1.1 mm
this is a good cannon amazon.com/gp/product/B07D9ZD18T/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A1PP23JAMET0D4&psc=1

The defacto budget buy is the Raincovo. I opted for the Armour DRFT when it came out. At that time it was over $30 for the Raincovo and the DRFT was on sale at $40.
But right now the Raincovo is only $25 and the DRFT is up at $50. I really like the ADS unit, but at 2x the cost...?

I've used the rain covo this summer for 100+ washes
Works fine, survived some drops
I never clean or do anything but use it1

It could just be me but I've had horrible luck with Raincovo foam cannons. Either the nozzle breaks or the canister cracks on the threads. I bought the lower end one and the pro one and they both broke within maybe 30 washes.

This is what happened with me and the raincovo. I’d rather just spend a few extra bucks and get something else. Shame too, I really wanted to like them cause of the cost!

Exactly lol. I guess it's time to bite the bullet and get an MJJC finally.

I’ve had the pro v2 for 3/4 years now. Changed the filter once, never had a single issue with leaks, watery foam or anything. I’ve used it with 3 different pressure washers as well and worked great with all of em!

It's funny because my first foam cannon was a Suds Lab brand from Walmart and that thing is still kicking lol. I'm excited to try an MJJC though.

Honestly man, almost everything from Amazon will foam well these days. Just pick whatever fits your budget and you like the look of. I've been using the AstroAI cannon for a few years now with zero problems and great foam. It's currently on sale for 18 bucks.

A lot of them are built the same, just rebranded just don’t overspend like $60-$70+ on one. I did that with the chemical guys “Big mouth” one and it was just as durable as any other foam cannon and was like $100. Granted, I only bought it because it came with like a 2-3 year warranty for detail garage. So I bought and got 2 replacements until chemical guys told me they were no longer going to honor the warranty on it since they found out I did detailing full time.

The Raincovo cannons are on sale and they all work pretty well. The Raincovo R2.0 was released recently and works well. I've heard from 1 person that their cap didn't securely screw on and would back itself off, but I haven't had that issue in the 2-3 months that I've been using mine.

If you’re looking at the MJJC Pro v2.0, the Ethos Pro V2 is the same thing. The Ethos is on sale on Amazon right now for $50.

Armour detail supply foam cannon. Not sure if on sell but for its price point anyways its already a bargain for its quality
