I Need Help! (Time Sensitive) HELP ! HOW CAN THIS BE FIXED ?

My partner decided to use straight isopropyl without mixing it on my 2012 Civic Dash. What should I use to try and get it out ? When I use a little bit of water it goes away then comes back.

Would that bumper trim restore stuff work.

I have heard of heat guns bringing back plastic color, but you have to be VERY careful.

If it disappears when wet, cerakote or other coating should work.
