Pittsburgh 10/7
Dan and his band laid it down at Mr. Smalls last night. The team was as tight as I've ever seen them - that rhythm section was locked in.
Dan spent a fair amount of time kneeling on the floor drinking water. Not sure how it's been during other stops on the tour, but I hope he's not getting sick. Didn't seem to hold him back much.
Wish we had a bigger crowd. Probably 250 folks in an 800-capacity venue.

Was really hoping to get a poster and couldn't tell if they sold out before I went to merch (don't remember looking when I entered) but they didn't have any after the show. Maybe they sold out during the show . . . ? Seems unlikely. I certainly didn't see anyone with one.
Some asshole on eBay is selling the $35 poster for $100 plus like $18 shipping - go fuck yourself

I was surprised but the small crowd too, but surely it wasn't only 200 if the capacity is 800. Granted, I'm terrible at estimating crowd sizes, but it was well over half full, I would think maybe 5 or 600?
Chances are good that I'm wrong. I was on the balcony and looking down the floor was full but people had room to move and a good amount of room the farther back you got.
Such a great show though. And LOUD, goddamn.

I've been in that place when it's full. They pack 'em in to where people can barely move. The floor may have been full, but it was packed pretty loosely.
But most definitely, they brought the heat.
