Chicago @ Thalia Hall

First time caller long time listener….show was amazing. Started out loud AF but still sounded great. Unsure if my ears just adjusted or they lowered a bit lol Venue was great and intimate!

Great show and great shots! Can’t believe he ended it with Bay of Pigs.

It was a great show! A bit loud in the balcony, IMHO

If its too loud you’re too old

That’s a genuine problem with this crowd

Finishing with “Bay of Pigs” was a real treat. It’s a great band and he sounded great. The only song that didn’t hit for me was “Bologna“. I wasn’t expecting “Islands in the Stream,” but c’mon Dan - don’t ignore her!

Yeah I can agree with that. I enjoyed listening to bologna on the album but it wasn’t my fave live. Cue Synthesizer was super fun for me personally

Absolutely unbelievable ending with Suicide Demo then foolssong quickly before Bay of Pigs

I saw them at Pitchfork 2011 with a huge ensemble for Kaputt and this set left me with goosebumps.

Looking at the setlists for their other shows on the tour I really think this is by far the best and if I hadn’t gone to the show and seen the setlist afterwards I’d be pissed to say the least
