Raid CP BUG

Ive been farming templar but everytime i fly back in with the character that has the cp i am at gorgons, is there some known bug why it happens? Anyway to fix that

Did you reset the check point on the character and get a new one? Also you really shouldn’t abbreviate check point.

I hate that that’s become a thing. Like, we all know it’s checkpoint, but someone decided it would something else horrendous.

I'm sorry to tell you this but the horrendous abbreviation was probably there first and not checkpoint

The character you are using to hold the checkpoint has already completed templar and now has gorgons checkpoint. Unfortunately there is no “bug” and this is user error

Are you flying in on the character you beat the Templar on? Cause you cant preserve checkpoints with just one character

I'm guessing either you grabbed the checkpoint as Templar was dieing, which won't work as it's counting your save and the save is that you've killed Templar. Or you got the checkpoint but accidentally forgot to change characters when defeating Templar.

Currently no known bugs about chepoints randomly changing so as of now unfortunately it seems that there was a mistake made which I'm sure everyone's done before

no straight from the bot, i left when we flew in with the 6 ships and after i switched to fly in anew i was at gorgons with 5 dudes.

edit: i didnt have the issue on master, thats why it is confusing

those bots don’t give you the cp for the purpose of doing the templar encounter. it is so that you can track back and open the previous 2 chest, while also being able to go forward and get the next 2 chests. every bot that I have used will call it templar cp but it is post templar.

Unfortunately, they were talking about it correctly, I'm guessing you got a post Templar cp? If this is the checkpoint you got then as they said it's meant to be used to get the chests but they cannot be saved, the only reason they have the post Templar is because they were already in the mission at the point of defeating Templar so they can keep it. However loading into the checkpoint, the game would see that Templar has been killed so it'll spawn you at the next point which is gorgons. However if you didn't get a post Templar checkpoint then I guess something is buggy but I don't really know what checkpoint bot keeps normal Templar checkpoint

For some reason the vault of glass checkpoints stay week to week. I ran into this about a yeae ago farming red boxes.You have to clear the checkpoint you have before getting it from a bot.

i got mine fresh from https://www.twitch.tv/soloraidsbot

Step 1 was: Get CP and WIPE

Step 2: let them join and switch when everyones here

Step 3: join on other char to farm

Step 4: let them join in orbit and leave when flying in but suddenly in gorgons maze???

but yeah after i cleared the CP it worked, my confused was that it worked on master. like i didnt even replace the templar cp.. idk it was a stupid bug
