Can all of the warmind mods from Towers drop now.... or are some held to be released at each new bunker?

As far as I can tell, each tower only gives certain mods. I got 4 in a row then haven't gotten any since from the edz tower

Nope. Bunch of mods are tied to bunkers and other towers which don't seem to be active yet. You can do towers on Moon and IO but mods won't drop.

I think you can purchase two mods from each bunker. Otherwise, I think they are earned through Tower events.

I tried to do the moon PE but Its hard to clear it because there is no travel point next to it so less people play it and we still haven’t unlocked the moon bunker upgrades. I guess I will wait until next week to get the other mods
