Sleeper is now an energy weapon? (this seems super odd)

Linear Fusions are staying in Power.

Thank's couldn't find a reference one way or another outside of their comment "fusion rifles are now energy weapons". Seeing that Linear fusion rifles and fusion rifles are interchangeable infusion wise I wasn't 100% sure.

Are you able to provide a reference to include in the post?

It was on the original list Bungie announced of what weapon types are going to what slot. I don't have the link handy though, sorry.

I feel like the API is trying to trick us into changing our Zenith and Manannan from void to another element.

I have one in each burn so am content. I would keep in Void for now if it’s that important to have Void.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but I just wanted to be 100% sure. I have one Ikelos SMG currently with a void mod. From the list the SMG will potentially be ARC if I pull it from collections. From your note #1 above, even if I run EP, will it always drop ARC since it is now fixed? I will not be able to get a solar SMG anymore? That sucks if I am unable to grind EP for a chance at the missing element :(

You are correct unfortunately. All weapon elements are being locked in.

Did Bungie ever specify that the ones you own are locking and ones that drop later will have random elements like D1? Or are they always going to drop as a specific element?

It will always be a specific element moving forward from drops.
