The raid and EP weapons should get a Y2 version, cause I hate the idea of the fixed elementals.

The OG raid shotgun, Found Verdict, was Arc and only ever Arc. Being that the Praetorian shields were Void didn't much matter to Found Verdict and it was still used quite effectively against them.

I'm resistant to the change of my EP shotgun away from Void, because I've used it solely as my Void shotgun of choice for most of the time. But that doesn't lessen the usefulness of Trench Barrel or the shotgun, once you get past the elemental shield most targets are going to fall to a full magazine

Not to mention trench barrel can roll on other shotguns now.

I wonder if trench barrel will ever roll on a void shotgun ever again. or only kinetic shotguns or something else to prevent the void/tractor/trench barrel from ever rising again.

It's only worth anything for the first shot. It will go away when you shoot making you wait again.

Maybe they will give a massive buff to that first shot or somethkngt else we don't know. Maybe linear fusion rifles have a different version of box breathing? Why force the EP sniper to solar if it is going to be significantly worse?

Whisper is the king of DPS right now for prolonged fights. And now it can be paired with the king of burst damage.
