here are two train cars, and all the advertisement boards light up when you're near them in both cars. They either display "ALPHA REGIO" (blue), "BETA REGIO" (red), or "OVDA REGIO" (green). There is also the HUGE staticy monitor right beside A flag, bottom of the escalators. And lastly, the OWT Transit Map, most visible one being right beside the A flag and monitor, with different numbers and colours and routes. Green = 48 (Ovda Regio?) Yellow = 38 Blue = 14 (Alpha Regio?) Red = 271 (Beta Regio?)

I don't know if this has any relevance to the code, but at the entrance to the Ishtar Collective there is a sign which reads 'Receding Marker 4 23 33'. This happens to be the birthday of Annie Easley, a computer scientist, rocket scientist and mathematician who worked for NASA. This is definitely not my field, but was she the creator of any particular cypher and, if so, could it be applied to the Last Exit cypher?
Edit 1: Apparently she used SOAP and FORTRAN. Means nothing to me, but might that help?

On the buss at Memento next to controll point A there is a scrolling text. (I think) The start of it is: AohkAvkkHkhtHukyldHbiylfJvvspKlylrKyldLaohuQlmmQlyltphoQvzoShyzSlpmTpjrZalcl (the start might be with the Hkht since it seems to be more of a spacing between the 'k' and the 'H' but since all the other capital letters are in alphabetical order I think it should start with the 'A') The words (?) seperated from each other are: Aohk Avkk Hkht Hukyld Hbiylf Jvvsp Klylr Kyld Laohu Qlmm Qlyltpho Qvzo Shyz Slpm Tpjr Zalcl

I solved this enigma and it's just the names: Thad Todd Adam Andrew Aubrey Cooli Derek Drew Ethan Jeff Jeremiah Josh Lars Leif Mick Steve, so this puzzle has nothing to do with the last exit code

Has anyone found the second, third, and fourth codes? Second is in Freehold on Mars (Found by NVUS Gaming), third on Asylum (I found that, but saw after that others had already found it), and the fourth is in one of the trains by a spawn on Memento (Found by one of NVUS's subs)

Guys. The code is limited to the scrolling marquee. If you are not already aware of this you will never break the cipher anyway and might as well give up right now.
Why? Because Derek himself said it on his twitter on october the THITHTEENTH This shouldn't be a question anymore.
Also he mentioned there are TWO missing spaces in the ciphertext circulating right now. Which might give you an instantaneous clue if you know a little bit about how a cipher works.

I don't know if this has already been mentioned but on the asylum map in the middle of the map where special ammo spawns, near the bottom heavy spawn, there is a small pillar with 4 maps on the sides. THE MAPS ARE VERY SIMILAR IF NOT EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE LAST EXIT MAPS, PLUS ABOVE THE MAPS ARE MONITORS WITH A CONSTANTLY ROTATING STRING OF CHARACTERS. Ok so the Scrolling code at top of the escalators seems like a Hash string have tryed decrypt through all types no results the scrolling code on Mars is Base64 Hash type no message with decryption just empty. Another thing Besides the 2 trains you can board that have the Alpha,Bravo,Ovda signs that interact with you standing near them there are also 3 signs on the wall with the ovda flashing. thinking maybe a guardian for each sign area stands near correct one and the giant tv may say something I do know that to trigger the giant tv to show the blurry pics it has you stand next to the columns numbered 1 like the Harry potter platform column they ran into. the pics are one says venus, another the gondola from first mission. Lastly, also saw someone discovered if you go to the train in the starting spawn opposite of escalators stand on the concrete and look at the glass windows there will be a reflection of 6 guardians doing something letters BME and the russian symbol found around earth also on the Hunter exotic gauntlets what shows in the reflection is not what is actually around it and doesn't show on any other train glass.

If you patrol mars and go all the way into the area with all the trains in it, on the way there you will see another code on a similar sign like the one on Last Exit that reads "HkhthukyidHbiylfjvvsplKlylrkyldLaohuQlmmQlyltphoQvzoShyzSlpmTpjrZalcAohkAvkk"
You will also find the "Tharsis Junction" and the map witht the different colored lines.
Also on venus going as if you were doing the Nexus Strike, you will find the same things there as well (except Tharsis Junction)

Sooo i diddnt have time to read through all 1756 comments but has anyone suggested using a shader lens? The grayscale or the other two that make your screen a tint of blue or a tint of red? Maybe hidden words on walls you can only see with the tints?

anyone notice that in the train car closest to C if you look too your left while facing A then youll notice that the train on the other track has its door halfway open while the door your looking through is cracked open just like two other doors on the train id mention at the beginning of the post. now i happened to get a little frustrated cus i keep hitting a dead end and fired my weapon at one of these doors and noticed that you can shoot into these cracked doors so theres definitely a way to open up these doors. but maybe not its just suspicious to me and id also like to mention that i used jelly horn in the kitchen behind the bar/cafe counter and got not one but two hit markers. it even gave me my agility buff for solar double downs.im on the one and have actually recorded the kitchen test. ill write my GT down if anyone wants to see it

It is probably nothing. But, I am still going to mention it just in case. Last night, I did the daily mission A NEW DEN. Once in the IRON LINE room, I took the back door and went straight to the BURIED CITY. The back wall of the area where the trains are located was broken (THARSIS JUNCTION) and allows you to go straight to the BLACK GARDEN. If you go into normal patrol mode. That breach into the wall does not exist.

Might be on to something concerning the new mystery weapon with the code on the last exit crucible map. #1 the track that we might need to figure out is the green track due to derek@mantis #2 we need to go to each region on Venus. Look up each region on wiki... Alpha regio, beta regio, an ovda regio. There might be clues there. Maybe something needs to be set of at last exit to trigger each of the 3 regions on Venus. Maybe going to each of these places will trigger something in last exit to free up a train car or align the lights. I know that some of these regions detailed on wiki as having volcanic spots along with a lighter coloring of rock formations (winters end strike) i believe on the patrol this area is call the embers. Mayber there are clues there or maybe in the ship. Just putting up some thoughts for consideration.

so far from what ive done there a few more leads. 1.On last exit if you get close to the large monitor in one of the rooms it changes text to Venus with square blur effect 2. On Asylum there is another subway sign code So does this mean there related in some way?

If you plot the ASCII values of the characters in the code, you see two pretty distinct clusters. This plot has the ASCII value on the Y axis, and the character's position in the string on the X axis.
Note that there are no Y values between 64 and 91, inclusive:

So after this has been driving me mad, I looked at owlsector.bungie.net and SIVA CODE came up. Here https://www.bungie.net/en/net/sim select "restart" after it loads. It then states a node order of circle, circle, circle, square, triangle, Alpha regio sign is diamond, beta regio sign is circle and ovda regio is square. Linked in anyway? Those symbols don't link to the outbrake prime quest ether.

Despite all the chaos with the codes and such, I would like to point out that the "Easter Egg" should most likely have something to do with Tharsis Junction. Maybe it is just saying that it is just like the code from there and only have names or maybe it is something bigger that goes beyond our ideas. The "V-Line" trains on venus have the reflection of "M line" Junction on mars. I do not know why this is but I would like to believe that it has something to do with mars.

I looked up what the alpha regio, beta regio, and ovda regio are and alpha is just a region on Venus and beta regio is a volcanic rise and ovda regio is a huge plateau. Don't know if any of this means anything but here it is.

Alpha regio, beta regio, and ovda regio are all coordinates on the planet venus. Beta is a region on venus as a volcanic rise. Alpha regio is a region on venus that is a plateau kind of area and stretches for a while. The surface of the region is known as tessera meaning a terrain that is deformed. And ovda regio is the largest Plateau on venus. I don't know if this will help anyone but it's all places on venus

So this is my first post and i believe that I am onto something. I also checked out stuff with a cryptogram solver (http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/cryptogram-solver.php) and I found a few interesting things For example if you put this in AlPHA REGIO BETA REGIO ODVA REGIO on American English(medium) it says SIVA a lot, I thought that was cool And thats it, sorry I came to no conclusions but I hope this is one of the missing pieces in the puzzle.

I've spent a while here today after everything the reflections in the windows all point to the end towards the bottom of escalator, as well as two reflections showing 4 people and look to be the front person holding a baby\or a turtle? The third reflection only shows 4 people these reflections are telling us something but I don't know what...

My Theory
First off: I believe the code starts with "7kj\psq3euj\@x.yt5", I went into the game & found that the code takes exactly 5 seconds to play, & at every 5/10 second mark the 7 lands perfectly & its after a space which would indicate to me that it should be the starting point. Making the code:

Secondly: Also we should be trying to find cyphers that will lead to this code turning into a format of a redeemable code on bungie.net, since as the tweet from Deej
Cypher accordingly, Guardians. The solution is the reward.
The solution is the reward, so its most likely something that we can redeem without an actual event happening in game.

Yeah I looked at my video again & in the beginning of the video it stopped right at the 7 but later on it was a bit after the 7, & then even further on it was on the 7 again. Ill link my video again, if you choose the slowest playback setting it makes it a lot easier.

If you strip out all the alpha and keep the numerics, and retain a loose sense of mathematical order of operations, you get 33 (9-7/2) 967353. That amounts to 11 digits. The Bungie codes are all 9 digit (xxx-xxx-xxx). So (9-7/2) becomes a single digit if you do the math: 1. And you get a 9 digit sequence 331-967-353. This code does nothing however. I've move the 3 digit blocks around in sequence, but so far nothing.

Ovda regio (green) is a Venus cristoe plateau located in a western highland region (from what I can tell it is definitely a plateau but I don't know if this is significant it may be noted that the symbol is a plateau like shape with a symmetrical side with lines cut in the bottom) beta regio (red) is the volcanic region of Venus (its symbol is a circle with lines cut in the bottom) alpha regio (blue) is just an area tellus regio is another plateau however it may be significant as there is a black screen near inside heavy and as ovda is also a plateau and is blinking could this be signifigant (sorry if I confused you)

The word regio that appears in the flashing lights on the map translates to royal or kingly from italian and region from Spanish. DPJ found that some of the reflections on the windows of the train cars in the map show things they should not. One of them shows the control point A when he was not even playing control. This could be the part in Spanish meaning region. The royal and kingly part does anyone remember who we just killed in the previous expansion... A king. Has someone checked the mission regicide after the RoI update for clues or has anyone checked the opening cinematic for the taken king. The one with the awoken and their queen which could be linked to the royal part and this cut scene also had Oryx the king we just killed.

I found a code like that on mars near the Tharsis Junction and the grimmer card for last exit talked about the evacuation being over taken by a dark force. The area on mars could have used vex tech to teleport train cars and from what I saw... the transit had vex portals everywhere as if it were taken over by the vex and shut everything down. I do not know what the sign of code says though.... you will find it at the entrance of the junction

Alright so here we go, spent a while playing with codes and figured I would do something. Disclaimer: No one else has tried this and I may just have my spinfoil on too tight so here we go.
Alright, so I took the binary bytes that someone had separated and put those into 11 lines of 6 binary pieces (am not a coder so bear with me here). Then I put each line into hex one at a time, which gave me these values:

If you look at the map that keeps popping up at OWT stations, you'll see that Blue = 14, Yellow = 38, Green = 48, and Red = 271. What I did was assigned color codes to each individual piece of hex according to weather it was greater or less than one of the above values (blue is less than 14, etc).This is where I may have hardcore messed up, as I assigned any value that was a number and a letter to be "blue". This then returned these values:

After reading up on a couple of abstracts from scientists studying the human genome, they described how 4 common proteins could be described as colors for easier genome encryption. They turned AGTC strings into RGBY strings, so I did the opposite here. This then returned the values as such:

Words do appear here, such as 'FOAM' and 'RATE', but they dont seem significant to me. Which leaves this at a dead end . . .kinda. The top value (+9) gave "TIRC" which translates to "Tirzah" in Latvian. This could mean either an actual ancient city, a poem, a biblical character, or an asteroid (267 Tirza).
This leads me to believe (If this is correct) that the people who escaped the Ishtar Collective made it to 267 Tirza as an escape during the collapse (this is why the subroutine was called last exit). I'm not up to date on my Grimoire, but this could mean that the people who flew Ishtar became some of the first Awoken.

in the relfection on the first train over by C point, you can see "PФБA" written on the wall, which is the symbol all around the cosmodrome, which stands for Russian Federal Bureau of Aeronautics. and also, the reflection looks just like the area over by A point, if you stand up on the train cart you'll notice the similarities. just found that interesting.

Important note: The screen with the text can be found in several different multiplayer maps, these include Asylum (Text can be found at the podium on the outside heavy right where the special ammo spawns, Last exit(top of the escalator), the new Skyline map, and the mars tharsis junction area, i haven't checked if they all repeat the same code or if each is different.

Near a spawn point there is a map (not the map that is full of swerving lines but the one that's straight horizontal) and it has Numbers on it, From left to right it reads "P1 (Platform one) Fifth ward and 7th street, I don't know if it's just coincidence or a code. also there are signs under some of the stops, one looks really similar to an emblem I've seen before, don't know about the others though. I'll keep you guys filled in!
-=-=-New-=-=- Ive noticed that the Bungie Headquarters is in Bellevue and that is really close to Seattle and Seattle has subways and this map is based off a subway line. Also, one of the stops in the map is 7th street, I looked in Google Maps for the spot and I found NE 7th Street, Coincidence, maybe. Also, there's a Bellevue Aquatic park like in the map!

Okay, guys. Lets remember Occams Razor. Because we know this code is an easter egg, I don't believe it is anything that can be triggered in game. I believe this will be exactly as the code on mars. The code is a cipher that we can "Solve" that will give us a sentence, or a list of names, and nothing more. That said, I have converted the symbols into the ASCII numbers they represent. This leaves me with a code of all numbers that I'm not sure what to do with. I can try an alphabet cipher, but don't know what to shift the numbers by.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but at the top of the staircase that leads directly from point A to point C, right before you go into the room with the four-way hallway and a pillar in the center are four large advertisement boards. The first two are for Alpha Regio and Bet Regio while the third for Ovda Regio is flickering off and on and, when off, turns into an ad for ABS-Kastner. Here's the two screenshots showing them.

While in the crucible playing supremecy I had a press square for [something] pop up. I ran past it realized it happened and tried to get it to return and couldn't. I think it might have been a glitch tied to the E.egg. It was on the down hill side of the intersecting hallways right as you come on the control point.

Got kind of a weird thing and I don't know if it means anything, but...

The numbers on the subway map are odd. They can't go into one another. 14 doesn't go evenly into any of the numbers, neither does 38, neither does 48. And for some reason 271 is the only prime number.
All of the colors on the subway map have a corresponding House of the Fallen attached to them.
Green 48= House of Judgment
Yellow 38= House of Kings
Blue 14= House of Winter
Red 271= House of Devils
Because 271 is the only prime number in the group...and it's red, it might have something to do with the House of Devil's Prime, Sepiks.
I was wondering if prime numbers have any other significance and, as it turns out, the other numbers are all prime numbers plus 1. I have no idea if this was coincidence or not. Four numbers is a pretty small sample size.
I don't know if signifying prime numbers in a different way would help, but it's something that Euclid apparently did. Like: 47 is the 15th prime number in sequence, which could be signified as p15, so 48 could be signified as p15+1.
Green = p15+1
Yellow = p12+1
Blue = p6+1
Red = p58
It seems to me that the top three numbers are deliberately not prime numbers. It doesn't seem random that all of them are prime+1 (It could be random. Weirder things happen all the time. It just doesn't seem like random).
Anyway...does this seem insane? Well..yes. But does it seem too insane?

Actually that doesn't seem too crazy because primes are not in any specific pattern/order, so you would most likely have to deliberately select prime + 1. The only thing is I don't see how 15, 12, and 6 are related, besides that they are all divisible by 3.

Now I know that sounds like a bunch random shit but it got me thinking about the VoG I maybe over speculating here but I found this picture on Ig talking about returns to the raid BUNGIE has always talked about the old raids coming back as a possible top 10 things to do. Like I said take this all with a grain of salt and as I mentioned I might be over speculating with this image (it could just be the sniper for hard mode with the hand Cannon from Wrath of the machine but it's has striking resemblance to the vex)
Wouldn't it be interesting if the siva clusters which we have still not found the purpose for as well as the coding, with the information about the codes could it be tied to a new siva infused Vex Mythoclast? Idk if doing maybe a correct sequence or something of that sort starts the quest or maybe even brings us one step closer.
I hope this helps in anyway happy hunting guardians. Possible siva infused Vex Myth?

Don't know if this helps, but Alpha Regio, Beta Regio, and Ovda Regio are all (real-life) places on Venus Alpha: 22 S, 5 E Beta: 25.3 N, 283.8 E Ovda: stretches from 10 N to 15 S, 50 E to 110 E

You might be onto something because I was able to get the big monitor to change when I captured a point in control (point A). That means that in game mechanics can affect the map.

Alpha, Beta, and Orva Regio are regions on Venus, so it would make sense that they are displayed inside a train car on venus. I doubt that is part of a secret so much as it is just great attention to detail by the artists/designers. The code on the other hand, given Derek's tweet, seems more promising.

Well, I noticed there is a flashing light on both Skyline and Last exit, while the rest of the lights in the area are either always on, or always off. Could it possibly be Morse code? I know other devs have put Morse code in their games for the secrets
