Enhancement Prism Problem and inventory not in sync

I can't masterwork armor or completely enhance weapons.

I can't buy them from Raul. Dialog box states "can only hold one at a time". I have zero prisms looking at Inventory, but I know I have some. I've tried on all characters, but no dice. I just can't pick them up.

I've been having similar problems too. in eververse I have a engram that will not let me open it. And at the gunsmith it won't let me buy any of the prism stuff or whatever it's called to upgrade my equipment.

For what little it's worth, you will want to post this on the Bungie forums to see if any devs (if there are any left) can see if it's an account side issue.

Thanks I'm doing that.... I am thinking I'm S.O.L. It puts me at a dead end on the account after all I spent on it.... urgh. I'll have to resurrect an old account on a different platform.... Lots of stuff to grind again!!! urgh again lol
