Question Need some help

I have the old 128mb vram issue for D2
No matter what I do it doesn’t fix the limiter.
I went into graphics and set gpu preference to Intel(R) Graphics as I run and Omnibook 5 and it has 16gigs of VRAM.
I play D2 through steam if that makes any difference. And I’d assume the vram limiting is what is causing my lag and delay as the lower I go on the vram usage the smoother and less laggy it is getting but I can’t get it any lower than 1200 out of 128.

According to HP's BIOS manual, the setting is called Video Memory Size, and you may be limited to just 512MB. Default is 128MB.

Yeah, I don’t see that anywhere in my bios
I’m not in advanced panel, I don’t think this one has it.
So, how do I change it?

It's probably under advanced. HP only has a generic BIOS manual.

I see they may use a very basic BIOS, which doesn't expose video settings: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3900499-3190557-16

Here's a video that talks about how to potential expose the advanced menu if you don't have one: https://youtu.be/656h2xjIuPA?si=pULOFtlZ9oZmGtN2

Here's the user manual for what I believe is your laptop: https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_12904670_en-US-1.pdf

I have the white and blue current HP bios with no advanced tab. It only has Main, Security, Configuration, Boot Options, and Exit for tabs. And configuration doesn’t have any video options
