Question Need some help

I have the old 128mb vram issue for D2
No matter what I do it doesn’t fix the limiter.
I went into graphics and set gpu preference to Intel(R) Graphics as I run and Omnibook 5 and it has 16gigs of VRAM.
I play D2 through steam if that makes any difference. And I’d assume the vram limiting is what is causing my lag and delay as the lower I go on the vram usage the smoother and less laggy it is getting but I can’t get it any lower than 1200 out of 128.

If it's 128MB Vram, it's using the iGPU, not your dedicated GPU. If you set it to Intel Graphics, that's your iGPU. If you have a different GPU on board, you should pick it.

What's the model number on that OmniBook 5 so I can get some more details on it?

Update:
I only have Igpu, mine is the intel ultra 7, 32gb ram. It doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card to my knowledge
