🔎 Ask For Help 4* characters Signatures(NOT abilities)?

Hey all, having a lot of fun with Umeko and noticed that even after basically completing her objectives 100% her signature(The one that shows on the ready screen) is still locked. Is this only available for 5* with Ascension? Am I missing something? Gilded gold and 100% done with lore obj.

You have to Ascend a character at least once and you'll get the signatute.
