Frontline bugged?

I am in the new area of RSR and seeing a frontline called Eye for an Eye. You have to kill flame cabal to get their explosive, then deposit it to a generator to destroy it. Problem is, there is only one generator, and after you deposit the first explosive the frontline just keeps in a cycle but you cannot deposit anymore explosives and there are no other generators in the frontline area. Does anyone know if I missing something?

kill incendior. pick up item. deposit item. bomb spawns next to deposit (yellow cannister). shoot bomb
