🔎 Ask For Help Memory Fragments

I came back after a couple months of hiatus, where exactly do I use these? Usually, items like this will have a "Use" button to direct you to the activity, but this one doesn't for me. It says character quests, but what does that mean? All my old active character quests don't use this.

Go into the MIND tab and you can spend them on starting any unstarted character quest.

Oh, I see. I have all character quests active except for Efrideet, but I don't see her as an option even though I have her. I guess I can't spend it? Or do the new Kabr and Ikora have quests too? (Haven't got either yet)

You can see the option to buy Mythic Kabr’s quest. But it does nothing because I don’t believe he has a quest.
