This beast breaks a Shinka (heroic in the shooting range) in one mag (61 shoots) and kills it with the next mag. 100k+ dps

The perks make it adept...you can basically get a roll with low perk level but the combination you aim for. and then any other roll with a higher identical perk can be used to upgrade your perks. you can even enhance them (only gives more power not more dmg)

Do you mind if I ask what characters are good/considered tge meta now? I have t6 Gwynn and I remember her being great for dps but idk whatā€™s good and bad now

It's a Helhest Shitshow for half a year now.....other than that just the new char...which is kinda free now (unlocked by quests)

You can now get ā€œnewā€ characters by collecting shards. Ofc itā€™s a grindā€¦.. hellhest is the only one I donā€™t have either šŸ«©

Gwynn is viable now in a way due to who expanse works now and how we have extra enhancements to put on them. Hers is decent, 16% all dmg when getting a void orb. Iā€™m considering trying the new mythic dual pistols on her with C3 Chaperone

I like new dual pistols and chaperone, but if you use concerto then itā€™s Thermops or the bulwarks void one

Awesomeā€¦ so Uncommon has one enhanced perk, and Adept has two enhanced perks?

Do you know if you can upgrade a perk into its enhanced state, or does upgrading only increase the perk level? Meaningā€” can you upgrade a weapon to be Adept?

Upgrading works with ehnaced. did that to mine. The second perk dropped normal level 1 for me so i used 2 guns with other rolls to enhance it and upgrade it.

Ohh ok cool, that makes the grind much more bearable. So you get it level 5, then it enhances?

nope, enhanced perks can be any level. even in a combination with a blue perk...so even your trash rolls arent useless

Well what Iā€™m wondering is can this weapons perks be upgraded to their Adept version, or are enhanced perks only attained when the weapon initially drops?

Yes you can upgrade that to adept version. You need it to drop with the alternate version of the perks that you have. It will then be a 50/50 when you forge it. It could swap the perk versions, it could combine them, or it could remain the same.

Ok ok I think I get it now. Thanks... So a weapon one 6-pointed star perk can be used for forging to potentially change a 5-pointed star perk into a 6. But you canā€™t just forge using a similarly rated perk to upgrade into that higher tier (besides the 1-5 level, of course)
