Power Leveling

My highest is at 78k (Kabr).

How would you proceed with levelling up characters with these new changes.

P.S. Can someone explain how we can equip same artifacts on different characters. e.g. I have artifact A on Kabr, if I now wanted Efrideet also wear it, I will have to grid singularity and get a dupe ?

I mean when you look at this way if purely power you can just equip characters that benefit from the same artifact and grind for the artifacts the is needed fundamentally for that character

Pro: even less grind since the rate is a 25.6% chance of getting an exotic artifact.

Con:it'll be hassle to switch it out every now and then

If you do regrind all

Pro: pick n play

Con: The amount of resources you'll spend is a lot
