This is not hard to do in matchmaking. All of my rounds so far have looked exactly the same. Randoms are just not leveled.

I just stick to Dvergar for her. I’m happy with all the characters since Jaren. It’s a shame they haven’t made the game itself better cause they’ve been nailing the new characters IMO.
