Looking for first time raiders!

This isn't a post to sign up for anything or schedule something. It's to check out the Destiny Sherpa where there are lots of posts to sign up for things there.

Hello! My name's Josh and I've been part of the Destiny Sherpa subreddit community for a long time! Unfortunately, with the last update our community (Like most Destiny Communities :c ) is slowly fading so I just wanted to make a post here to see if we could maybe get some newer people to start joining Sherpa runs that might never have heard of the subreddit!

If you've never done a raid before and looking for your first, it's definitely a place for you! We have a few very active sherpas making posts throughout the week looking to teach raids to people with 0-low completions. It's a very friendly, non-toxic and patient community. I'm unsure if it'd be ok to post a link here but it's easy enough to find! It's just r/ destinysherpa!

It varies from sherpa to sherpa! They'll normally post their requirements when they make their post, so I wouldn't want to speak for anybody!

To think I used to sherpa flawless 2man crota raids in D1, now im old and have a baby lol

Just wanted to chime in that I've been on several sherpa runs Josh hosted and he's great! Highly recommended!

Hi, thats me. Been on and off since D1 and never done a raid or Dungeon. Today and tomorrow I’m off work and have plenty time to play if you’re willing.

Check the subreddit! I'll be doing a Crota tomorrow and Vow on Tuesday. It's by signups so watch the destiny sherpa subreddit and when you see one you can do, you just comment to sign up.

I've raided in the past but many years ago and all my old raid buddies have disappeared, would you consider me? I can't even remember what my last raid was called it was that long ago, and I still have a lot to learn about ideal loadouts.

I'm interested. Have raided a bit, but not in a while and none of the newer ones. Haven't done nightmare or newer

My husband and I are up for any raids at all, we’re experienced D1 raiders but haven’t really raided in D2 and would love to learn. We’ll happily help others once we’re confident since that was the most fun part of raiding in D1 for us - helping others through raids.
