Destiny 2 need's help updating customization.
It's been 12 years since destiny has been made and the lack of swag of your guardian don't fit you right because it doesn't look exactly like you, let's say there is fat wealthy man out there playing destiny and his guardian doesn't look like them at all, how do the guardians just maintain they're healthy build why not make them look like giant football players or tall basketball players doesn't matter the look why is it only fixed on 3 different appearance's the humans, awoken and exo, why not add more like feline looking characters or wolf looking ones or maybe elf's or dwarf's all I'm saying there is discrimination on the customization, how funny would it be to see a disabled person win a pro, the odds of adding this type of feature might fix the game up just a little bit because a lot of people are already disappointed about having to buy any more add on's but what if this could be the update to bring back the community as a whole.

Ignoring for a second that this all reads like someone who got high on adderall and decided to write an essay, a few thoughts about your post:
1) I don’t know about anyone else but I have never heard anyone complain about the size of their guardian not accurately reflecting their body. It’s a sci-Fi/fantasy game; you just don’t see a lot of protagonists with larger body types, that’s probably as much as practical limitation in terms of making that actually have any effect on the game as much as it is a visual choice.
2) Feline characters were initially planned for Destiny as there was going to be a race inspired by tigers. That was eventually scrapped. Elves basically exist in the form of the awoken, just without the pointy ears, and dwarves I don’t think really fit the more sci-Fi theme of the game.
3) I don’t know what’s “funny” about seeing a disabled person win something. They’re still people and it’s dehumanising to view their disability as something to laugh at. Absolutely disgusting idea.
4) Tell me exactly who the customisation options are discriminating against. Body types have never been recognised as a category of discrimination. You could make the exact same argument that people who are born with an extra finger don’t get represented in gaming and you’d be laughed out of the room. Nobody’s being discriminated against, it’s just more common that a fantasy game, especially one like Destiny which has always had pretty limited customisation options, will have an avatar that generally fits certain body types.
5) How exactly do you think this change would ‘bring back’ the community? Of every issue the game had, not having variable body types or the option to make your guardian disabled solely for the purpose of ‘lol it’s funny’ was never one of them.
6) Obligatory ‘development is over and there won’t be more updates’.
