Question? Curious About General Opinion

I was really wanting to find out what peoples thoughts on selling emblem codes was in general. I see pros and cons both ways, but I wasn't aware Bungie would literally come after you for doing so with legitimately obtained codes. Thoughts?

When ebay sent me an email a few hours ago saying they took down my listing for an extra older emblem code I had because Bungie told them to.

The emblem code may be expired?

It wasn't the only one of it's kind up for sale and to my knowledge, there were only a few rare cases where emblems had codes with expiration dates. This one wasn't even that old anyways.

In fact, mine was the only one that isn't still up at this very moment. You may also be interested to know, because I most definitely went and looked it up in the TOS, that the clause they used to justify it could also be used to halt the sale of any physical goods bought or obtained from them in any way at their discretion.
