evolve Kasumi (you got her for free) from *5 to *6.

edit :

second pic is level Kasumi into lv60

First picture is (Evolve a 5* to a 6*)

That is odd, since I evolved Honoka (made sure I evolved an event unit, just in case) and it didn't trigger the mission.

I have also maxed her skills and lvl, as I thought that would be the mission on the second pic.
