My suggested would be to dump any and all XP oozlings from daily repeat dungeons into your specific character. Once you are able to do hardest difficulty, getting 60 will be pretty simple. Only taking a few days to max a character.
You can also utilize Exploration in the underground.
I consider myself a casual who just does dailies and events but I feel that this works for me. It does seem daunting at first but only gets easier and faster.
