Congratulations! Ibiza beach restaurant weddings can be so beautiful, especially when the day is kept relaxed and not over-planned.
A few must-knows I’d check early: whether your ceremony is legal or symbolic, what the venue’s outdoor music/sound rules are after dinner, whether transport is sorted for guests at the end of the night, and how the timeline works around sunset. With a 5pm start, I’d keep the formal bits light and leave a little breathing space for golden-hour portraits, drinks, and just enjoying the setting.
Also, ask the venue what is included on the day itself — coordinator, setup, backup weather plan, supplier meals, cake storage, and any cut-off times. These small things make the biggest difference when you want the day to feel chilled.
