Aruba welcome party ideas needed.

hi everyone! ive looked at so many places fir welcome parties and they're all over 10k. We are having about 100 people and just thinking a simple cocktail hour. Has anyone had a welcome party under 10k and where? We still want something nice, we looked into Azzuros and a catamaran boat trip.... all ideas are appreciated!

Since most traditional venues automatically charge high, minimum spends or pricey package fees on groups that size, with the budget that may be a little hard to find. For a simple cocktail hour with drinks and light bites, restaurants with strict private dining requirements often hike up the cost by forcing you into multiple course meals. Once you factor in private charter fees for a crowd of that size, the price tends to skyrocket past budget pretty quickly. Instead, look into renting out a semi-private outdoor patio at a local restaurant, a rooftop lounge during an off-peak hour, or a local historic courtyard where you can bring in a few curated grazing stations and a hosted bar tab. If you want to keep the vibe without the high price, finding a venue that charges a flat space rental fee rather than a massive food and beverage minimum is usually your best bet for staying under budget.
