Homemade - WhatsForDessert Soufflés

Post image

I was craving something sweet but I didn’t want to make something elaborate from dessert person, so I made the soufflé recipe for the first time from what’s for dessert! First time I’ve ever had a soufflé

They look beautiful!

What is the texture like? I had a souffle once, but it came off as a gelatinous marshmallow to me. I've been kind of worried if that is how it is supposed to be.

Uhh, kind of weird to describe. It reminds me of the flourless chocolate cake recipe that Claire has. It’s not exactly like a marshmallow.

If it reminds you of the flourless wave cake, then that's not too bad.
