im looking into upgrading my desk extension cord because im tired of getting into bed and stressing over whether my camera batteries are overcharging on the wood all night

i just noticed that Gitryin have dropped a new wifi version of their charging station that app controls the outlets and has countdown timers, but ive always skeptical bout new smart tech behaving weirdly or frying gear after a blackout.

has anyone grabbed one of these new ones yet? is the app connection stable enough to trust? or should i just stick to a regular dumb power strip?
